Management
Prior to starting Satin Technologies, Mr Tabusse was with Synopsys, most lately director of worldwide
business development for the Telecom IP product line, then in charge of IP and consulting sales
to major semiconductor accounts. Before Synopsys, Mr Tabusse was Founder and General Manager
at Arcad SA until acquisition by Synopsys in 1994.
Mr Tabusse has a degree in Engineering (ENSEEIHT, 1983) and a PhD in Microelectronic Design from the
Laboratory of Automatics and Microelectronics in Montpellier (Laboratoire d'Automatique et de
Microélectronique de Montpellier (LAMM 1985)).
Stéphane Bonniol - Director of R&D
Mr Bonniol was previously with Synopsys, most lately senior R&D manager leading a team of 20
IP designers and IP verification experts. Mr Bonniol has completed many successful design
projects at Synopsys, Arcad SA and Matra MHS. He brings solid experience in ASIC/SoC design,
implementation and verification IP, telecom standards and project management.
Mr Bonniol has a degree in Engineering from the Engineering Sciences Institute in Montpellier
(Institut des Sciences de l'Ingénieur de Montpellier (ISIM, 1986))
François Constant - Director of Sales
EDA veteran, Mr Constant brings more than 20 years of industry sales experience. Mr Constant
held management positions at Valid Logic, Synopsys and Summit Design, and also was co-founder
President and CEO of Arexsys.
Mr Constant holds a BS in Electronic Engineering.
Geneviève Blanc - Member of Advisory Board
Mrs Blanc is Investment Manager at SORIDEC. After 18 years in capital investment, she has been
involved in many success stories of emerging companies having received SORIDEC investment and
with subsequent success in acquisition or establishment on the market. These include Smartcode
(3Com), SI Automation (PDF Solutions) and Wynid (Thales).
Mrs Blanc holds a Master in Economics (University of Montpellier).
François Jaclot - Member of Advisory Board
ENSAE, ENA, Inspecteur des Finances.
As part of an industrial international career, Mr Jaclot has occupied General Management and
CFO positions at Lafarge, Suez and InBev. He now concentrates on his own investment activities
and serves as a member of the Boards of several companies, including Unibail-Rodamco (Vice-Chairman).
Mr Jaclot has also activities in the Energy sector (SEREN, Addax & Oryx Group).
Thierry Raymond - Member of Advisory Board
Mr Raymond was Technical Director at PDF Solutions SAS, more particularly in charge of R&D
programs and integration of advanced technologies and patents. He co-founded Si Automation
in 1987, a company specialized in designing and providing software solutions for semiconductor
process control, acquired by PDF Solutions in 2006. He has a degree of Engineering (ISIM, 1983),
and prior to Si Automation he started his career as Electronic engineer at Semy Engineering in
Montpellier.
