Job description
You will be responsible for supporting selected customers in their usage and deployment of VIP Lane, in the objective to ensure full customer satisfaction. Support will be delivered on site (mainly Grenoble area, plus periodic international locations) and will include product demos and training, as well as product configuration.

Although located in Grenoble, you will report into the product sales organization via regular meetings in Montpellier. Your contribution to such meetings will be key to the definition and execution of the most appropriate sales development strategy.

Requirements
You have successful experience in CAD & Methodology support or in chip design at an EDA vendor or a semiconductor company.
You are fluent in English and possess good oral and writing communication skills.
